take decisions based on rational and realistic grounds. He is also responsible
for providing the governing body and general body all the informations relating

Monitoring and evaluation systems:
ANTODAYA has proper monitoring and evaluation system in place to measure the
direction of its progress and reflect upon the strategy adopted by the
organization. The respective program coordinators as well as the village level
committee consisting of men and women from villages monitor the animators
working at the village and cluster level. Tribal people, for whom these
development programs are meant, have an important stake in the monitoring system
of the organization. Program coordinators present the monthly progress reports
based on the report of the program animators in the monthly staff meeting and
present their weekly report and regular feed back to the Chairman.
The monthly meetings are held at field office and are attended by the Chairman,
field staffs, program coordinators and village leaders. Processes are being
analyzed with the help of people and their representatives are encouraged to
reflect upon the progress of work.
ANTODAYA has also encouraged the process of external evaluation by its funding partners
from time to time.
